Animation of the wings are now controlled by the Xbox 360 game pad and reflect the flapping in the bird physics. Pump the wings to go faster.

Finally got the skinned animation working! Kudos to Jon Watte for sharing the KW X-port plugin and the KW Animation framework.
Next up is syncing flapping with user input.
